- Carry out in-depth legal research on domestic and international laws, regulations, and best practices to support legislative recommendations.
- Assist the Legal Advisor in drafting, editing, and preparing legal documents such as proposed laws, amendments, and position papers.
- Examine and assess current and proposed legislation to evaluate their legal implications and alignment with organization goals.
- Contribute to the preparation of detailed legal opinions, reports, and justifications for legislative submissions to government entities.
- Track legislative updates and communicate relevant changes that may affect the business community.
- Bachelors degree in law.
- 1 - 2 years of experience with leading legal research and legislative drafting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Only Emiratis with family book will be considered.
