Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.The project:An exciting opportunity to be a part of our Project Management Consultancy team to deliver a Commercial project with infrastructure and landscape packages.

  • Leads contract administration by overseeing the preparation and formal execution of all contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses.
  • Manages large teams or multiple units, fostering high performance, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drives cost control and valuation processes, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversees monthly post-contract cost reporting, presenting detailed financial updates and forecasts to clients for informed decision-making.
  • Identifies and manages cost impacts related to design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client-driven adjustments.
  • Evaluates contractor claims for delays and additional costs, ensuring fair and compliant resolution in line with contractual obligations.
  • Directs project completion certification, including issuing certificates of practical completion and final sign-off, ensuring all defects are addressed.
  • Champions innovation and sustainability, leading cost consultants in improving procedures and tools, while actively contributing to net zero carbon goals through strategic project delivery.
You’ll need to have:
  • Degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent).
  • Professional membership i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent) and moving towards fellowship, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Strong Bidding and business development experience.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Sound knowledge of value engineering, life cycle cos.
  • ting, contract law and contractual frameworks relating to construction.
  • Management experience within large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
