Manage logistics operations (shipping, delivery, and transportation).
Supervise inventory control and stock management.
Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Supervise team, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Optimize processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Resolve logistics and inventory issues as needed.
