Fixed and/or Revenue sharing + standard UAE benefits.Summary: Physician trichologist to conduct scalp/hair assessments, advise on treatment plans and home-care protocols, and collaborate with medical team where escalation is needed.Qualifications & Experience:Qualification: Recognized trichology certification (home-country or international); evidence of hands-on clinic experience preferred.Minimum years: 2–3+ years (flexible if strong portfolio/results)Experience working in a similar role, with all hair types.Great customer service skills, communication, and persuasive interpersonal skills. This includes strong people skills, the ability to listen to others without interruption, and the ability to overcome challenges while always remaining professional and calm.A passion for client care and to share our enthusiasm and dedication to the continued development of innovative treatments.Ability to report to a manager and follow through on their instructions.An assertive, pro-active self-starter who uses their own initiative and is performance driven.A trustworthy track record, reliable, and always punctual.Have an enthusiastic approach, be friendly and highly presentable.Primary Responsibility:Comfort with scalp/hair loss assessments, trichoscopy/scalp analysis tools, treatment planning, product protocols, and patient educationDelivering outstanding trichology treatments in a timely manner with care & compassion to our patients; applying treatments to the scalp, utilizing electrotherapy machines and infrared lamps and managing treatment delivery to ensure multiple treatments are completed concurrently on time.Developing your consulting skills; providing feedback of clinical observations to Trichologist.Ensuring the smooth running of the clinic to maximise sales and meet patient expectations; Track patient progress and clinical observations.Consistently providing the highest level of customer service by demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, trichological knowledge and clinic standards.Ensure our treatment stock is maintained to a high standard and all stock treated with respect;Promote a positive work environment by maintaining a respectful workplace.Inform customers about our products and services in a positive and knowledgeable way.Due to the number of applicants we receive, if you have not heard from us within 10 days please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
