- Assist in preparing purchase orders and sourcing quotations
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases
- Track deliveries and follow up on pending orders
- Provide administrative support including filing, scheduling, and correspondence
- Manage inventory and office supplies
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
- Minimum 1 year experience in procurement or administrative support
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Confident communicator with a commanding presence
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with UAE labor and procurement practices is a plus Benefits Include:
