- Assist in the set-up and breakdown of the hot kitchen section at the start and end of each shift, ensuring all equipment and ingredients are ready for service.
- Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications to maintain consistency of food quality and safety
- Assist colleagues in other kitchen sections as required to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
