Senior Manager - Health and Safety - MAF Entertainment Dubai

• Define and implement a group-wide HSE strategy that aligns with MAF Entertainment's operational and expansion goals
• Maintain compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and local legal safety standards
• Manage MAFE's HSE Approved Training Centre and ensure continual improvement of the health and safety management system
• Lead regional audits, risk assessments, and inspections for entertainment venues including cinemas and leisure attractions
• Drive the digital transformation of HSE processes such as incident reporting, audit tracking, and operational documentation via Gateway platform
• Collaborate with senior leadership teams across Cinemas, Leisure & Entertainment, and Country Heads to report safety performance and insights
• Manage internal digital hubs for HSE documentation and build automated analytical dashboards to support decision-making
• Contribute to Board-level presentations and planning, delivering key insights to shape business investment in safety innovation

• 10+ years of progressive experience in HSE, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, with academic background in Engineering or Technical Safety preferred
• Strong expertise in ISO and EN safety standards and legal frameworks for leisure and construction environments
• Experience working with mechanical ride operations and large-scale leisure facilities is a significant advantage
• Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation in HSE processes and develop automated reporting systems
• Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus) with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Regional travel flexibility is required
