Core Skills:

Salesforce Integration: Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and the ability to integrate Node.js applications with Salesforce services.
Technical Skills:
JavaScript/TypeScript: Strong skills in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript for scalable application development.
Database Management: Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) for data storage and retrieval.
Version Control: Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development.
Testing Frameworks: Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Chai, Jest) to ensure application reliability.
Development Practices:
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices using tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitHub Actions.Soft Skills:
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, especially regarding Salesforce-related topics.
