- Lead, mentor, and inspire department managers to deliver Six Senses' operational and service excellence
- Monitor industry trends and continuously enhance the guest experience through innovation and service upgrades
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve and exceed annual budget goals for revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency
- Oversee F&B and resort operations to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction
- Establish and enforce financial returns related to revenue growth, profitability, and return on invested capital
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, safety, and brand standards across all hotel operations
- Maintain effective communication, reporting, and operational systems to support smooth hotel performance
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and guest-centric service among hotel staff
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4-6 years of senior management experience in luxury hotels, with a strong background in operations
- Minimum 3 years' prior experience in Dubai in a similar leadership position
- Proven track record in F&B and resort operations management
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are preferred
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance guest satisfaction and business goals
