- Account Support: Manage a portfolio of partner accounts, acting as a key point of contact to support their growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Growth Initiatives: Assist in planning and executing initiatives such as menu optimization, promotions, upselling strategies, and operational improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth rollout and impact of growth plans.
- Insights & Reporting: Prepare regular reports and share actionable insights with both internal stakeholders and partners.
- Partner Communication: Maintain strong, professional relationships with partners by providing proactive support and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, growth, consulting, or similar performance-driven roles, and experienced handling a large volume of accounts (over 90+).
- Previous experience within industries such as F&B, food tech, e-commerce platforms, or marketing agencies is highly desirable.
- Strong communications skills in Arabic (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
