The ideal candidate should be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate and must be ADM Certified with prior experience working in GCC countries.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completionEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specificationsCollaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholdersMonitor project progress and prepare technical reportsConduct site inspections and resolve technical issuesRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum [insert years] years of experience in construction (villas, hospitals, clinics)GCC experience is mandatoryADM Certified (Abu Dhabi Municipality)Strong knowledge of construction procedures, material, and project managementExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMust be an immediate joiner
