- Oversee all kitchen operations for both the pizza and cafe concepts, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a seamless flow
- Lead menu creation and development, while upholding the distinct identity and quality of each brand.
- Implement rigorous quality control standards for all ingredients, food preparation, and final dishes.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive environment and maintaining high culinary standards.
- Directly participate in food preparation, ensuring all dishes are prepared accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory and ordering, minimizing waste and controlling food costs.
- Maintain impeccable standards of kitchen hygiene and safety, ensuring compliance with all health regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop new promotions and menu offerings
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the kitchen, from equipment problems to staff concerns.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role, with specific experience in both New York-style pizza and cafe/breakfast concepts.
- A certificate or diploma in culinary arts or a related field
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with management.
- Must possess a valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for travel and visa processing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
