Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities1. Visual Design & ExecutionDevelop and execute high-quality design work across experiential, environmental, print, and digital platforms.Design event branding, wayfinding systems, on-site graphics, stage backdrops, and collateral for activations, exhibitions, and installations.Create digital assets including social content templates, large-screen visuals, branded animations, and motion-supporting layouts.2. Environmental & Spatial GraphicsCollaborate with 3D and production teams to design large-format visuals, signage, and branded environments with attention to materiality, legibility, and flow.Adapt designs for different spatial formats-considering user journey, viewing distance, and interaction.Ensure artwork is production-ready, accurate to spec, and optimized for fabrication.3. Brand Systems & Campaign ConsistencyTranslate creative direction into scalable visual systems that maintain consistency across channels.Assist in building visual toolkits, templates, and guidelines to support integrated campaigns.Ensure outputs align with brand identity, tone of voice, and platform context.4. Team Collaboration & Workflow SupportWork closely with senior creative leadership to deliver on briefs and uphold standards.Collaborate with content, production, and account teams to align timelines and file specifications.Provide guidance to junior designers, interns, and freelancers when required, reviewing deliverables with an eye for quality.Core CompetenciesDesign Craft: Mastery of layout, typography, color, composition, and imagery across formats.Experiential Understanding: Strong sensibility for designing within spatial and environmental contexts.Multi-Channel Fluency: Ability to design for print, digital, social, motion, and spatial outputs cohesively.Executional Precision: Excellent attention to detail in preparing files for print, large-format, or digital delivery.Visual Consistency: Ability to scale visual systems across campaigns while preserving clarity.Team Collaboration: Strong communicator who integrates seamlessly into cross-functional workflows.Tools & Technical ProficiencyAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - expert levelFamiliar with Figma or XD for digital asset design and prototypingBasic familiarity with motion/animation workflowsWorking knowledge of 3D collaboration tools (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino) is a plusQualifications & Experience5-7 years of professional design experience, ideally in a creative or experiential agency settingPortfolio showcasing experiential branding, large-format design, and multi-platform campaignsExperience working on projects for events, exhibitions, pop-ups, or branded environmentsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fieldExperience in the MENA region and exposure to Arabic design is a strong plusThank you for your application.
