Rawza Logistics is a fast-growing freight forwarding firm located in the strategic Jebel Ali Free Zone. We deliver end-to-end logistics and customs solutions to a diverse client base and are expanding our commercial team to capture more market share across import/export corridors.What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record selling freight forwarding or logistics services.
- Established industry network and deep familiarity with supply chain and shipping channels.
- Target-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals and manage key accounts.
- Leadership capability to coach or lead a sales team is preferred.
- Design and execute sales strategies that grow revenue in assigned segments.
- Prospect, engage and convert clients, focusing on mid-to-large shippers and trade partners.
- Build long-term client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Work closely with operations and management to ensure timely service delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Drive business development activities to expand our footprint and strengthen market presence.
- Manage contract negotiations, documentation, and ensure smooth handovers to operations.
