Estimator

• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracted works.
• Take off quantities from architectural and MEP drawings using estimation software or manual methods.
• Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, and final tender submissions.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing.
• Attend pre-tender meetings, site visits, and client briefings when required.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
• Maintain a database of rates, material prices, and subcontractor costs for future reference.
• Track and analyze market trends, price escalations, and competitor pricing.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of estimation techniques, tender procedures, and pricing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
