Design Director - High-Rise Flagship Project Dubai

• Lead the design management function to deliver strategic outcomes and KPIs aligned with client and business objectives.
• Oversee implementation of design management systems ensuring statutory, legal, and contractual compliance.

• Proven experience managing large-scale high-rise projects, including external public areas.
• Expertise in design workflows, scheduling, and budget management.
• Strong understanding of design risk management, prefabrication strategies, and construction processes.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and capable of influencing senior leadership decisions.
• Hands-on experience with BIM for design and delivery.
• Previous experience working in the UAE is essential for client approval.
