Establish optimal finance partnering for FAB AM's Enablement functions and oversee financial affairs , Implement strategic initiatives to transform finance process, enhancing efficiency and productivity Implement financial governance frameworks to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Coordinating the budgeting process within FAB Asset Management, to include revenue forecast, expense projections, income and capital expenditures
  • Preparing and monitoring of the monthly management reporting process
  • Undertaking continual analysis of various components of the operation to ensure synergies and opportunities are identified as well as ensuring a constant watch on underperforming assets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and initiatives
