This is not simply our job, it's our passion.About the RoleAs Assistant Manager - IT Applications, you'll ensure the seamless 24/7 operation of all major resort systems, from applications to infrastructure and data centers. You'll lead a skilled team of IT specialists, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative, reliable tech solutions.Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to the IT Specialists in managing requests, incidents, and problems.
- Execute tasks and projects assigned by management in alignment with best practices and company policies.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and support of all resort applications and IT infrastructure
- Provide 24/7 first-level support for major systems
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance
- Conduct root cause and trend analysis to improve service delivery
- Collaborate with business leaders to align IT strategy with operational goals
