Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our contracting team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with contractual requirements.Key Responsibilities:Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.Review project drawings, specifications, and contract terms.Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports for ongoing construction projects.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and check on variations.Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate rates.Manage and track changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
