Knowledge of maintenance procedures and operational standards for HVAC and MEP installations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Relevant certifications or technical training in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing systems.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate maintenance activities.
Currently available in the UAE.Responsibilities:Supervise routine maintenance and emergency repairs of HVAC and MEP systems.
Coordinate with technicians and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Conduct inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
Maintain maintenance records and report on system performance and issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for HVAC and MEP systems.
Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance staff.
