Job SummaryCase Managers delivers programming based on Applied Behavioral Analysis best practices and records accurate data of treatment gains of clients. Additionally, they manage a specified caseload of clients. Case Manage reports directly to Clinical Director. Case Managers are considered answerable for the accompanying obligations:
  • The staff will run daily group meetings and give feedback to the therapy department.
  • The Employee will develop program schedules to meet the objectives of student IEPs, including staff schedules making adjustments.
  • The Worker will help the therapy staff with the execution of 1:1 mediation programs.
  • Take part in the preparation of clients’ guardians and families on mediation procedures.
  • The Employee will document and maintain organized records of client programs including, individualized education plans, monthly clinic notes, lead case review notes, and behavior intervention plans.
  • Will provide no less than 10 hour of direct contact with the students per week.
  • Will prepare new staff, including modeling proper on-shift conduct.
  • Will compose yearly staff assessments for those under his/her management.
Required SkillsCandidates should have the following:
  • At Least 3 years of experience in principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and Supervising.
  • Master’s Degree in Education, Special education, or Psychology.
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or Enrolled in BCBA certification program.
  • Solid relational abilities, with a decent order of the English language.
