We are seeking a dedicated Waitress to join our team and provide excellent customer service in our dining establishment. The Waitress will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.Job Responsibility:
- Greeting and seating guests
- Presenting menus and taking food and drink orders
- Serving food and beverages
- Providing recommendations and upselling items
- Handling cash and credit card transactions
- Cleaning and setting up tables
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
- Following health and safety guidelinesCandidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waitress or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
