  • Initiate contact with potential clients via calls/emails; send quotations and follow up regularly
  • Maintain accurate and organized administrative records
  • Reconnect with past clients to build lasting relationships
  • Attend pre-event meetings to finalize client requirements
  • Manage and respond promptly to all client inquiries
  • Greet guests and ensure a warm, professional welcome
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the event on-site
  • Conduct post-event reviews and submit client feedback reports
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with clients at all times
  • Follow appropriate dress code and office etiquette
  • Assist in answering calls when sales team members are unavailable
Requirements
  • 2+ years in corporate sales, events, or client servicing
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
  • Comfortable with flexible hours during events
