- Greet guests and ensure a warm, professional welcome
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the event on-site
- Conduct post-event reviews and submit client feedback reports
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with clients at all times
- Follow appropriate dress code and office etiquette
- Assist in answering calls when sales team members are unavailable
- 2+ years in corporate sales, events, or client servicing
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
- Comfortable with flexible hours during events
