We are hiring an experienced MEP Estimator in Dubai with proven expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing estimation specifically for interior fitout projects. - Prepare accurate MEP estimates based on fitout drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Use estimation tools like CostX and Planswift for quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for price quotations
- Review technical documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Work closely with project and sales teams to meet bid submission timelines
- Participate in value engineering to optimize project budgets without compromising quality
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in MEP estimation for fitout projects
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficiency in estimation software (CostX, Planswift) and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately
