Position Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.Location : Abu Dhabi (UAE)Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and cost to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor.
  • Monitor work progress and site activity to maintain quality control.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum [5+] years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of managing commercial/residential/industrial projects.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
