- Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and assist senior chefs in delivering meals to brand standards
- Ensure all meals are visually appealing and meet taste and presentation expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation at all times
- Follow all hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with local regulations and HACCP guidelines
- Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and other kitchen duties when required
- Manage supplies and minimize waste through proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Support the team by taking on additional responsibilities as assigned
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary role is preferred but not essential
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and handling standards
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 23 kg and perform tasks requiring bending and kneeling
- Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for following recipes and portioning ingredients
- Warm, approachable, and team-oriented personality with good communication skills
- Passion for food, presentation, and continuous learning in a professional kitchen
