- Manage large-scale VPNs, troubleshoot connectivity, and ensure redundancy for offices and warehouses
- Administer server virtualization technologies including VMware, Red Hat Virtualization, or Oracle VM
- Monitor operating system performance for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS platforms
- Optimize databases, networks, applications, and servers for efficiency and stability
- Act as configuration manager to enforce processes for infrastructure promotion across environments
- Install and configure components on networks and servers to ensure compatibility across platforms
- Manage host environments including VMware, Cisco, Citrix, SAN, and directory services
- Share expertise across teams and support client projects such as studies and evaluations
- Lead integration of programs across organizational functions
- Resolve desktop, conferencing, and phone-related technical issues
- Ensure secure system operations and inter-application data transfers
- Strong experience in systems administration and IT infrastructure management
- Skilled in VPN administration and troubleshooting network issues
- Proficiency in VMware, Oracle VM, or Red Hat Virtualization
