Supervise and inspect setup of function rooms according to guest specifications and hotel standards.
Lead, train, and develop team members and casual staff across events operations.
Conduct banquet briefings, allocate staff, and manage service standards during events.
Monitor event operations, ensuring compliance with grooming, attendance, and performance standards.
Communicate effectively across departments to coordinate logistics and guest requirements.
Manage administration tasks including reviewing BEOs, monitoring change logs, and maintaining operational documentation.
Provide excellent guest interaction, handle complaints professionally, and promote hotel services.
Ensure cleanliness and organization in both front-of-house and back-of-house event areas.
Support cost control, efficient resource allocation, and guest satisfaction strategies.
Oversee post-event debriefs, staff assignments, and reporting.

Ideal Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a 5-star property.
Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
Time management skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Delphi and Micros is advantageous.
High school diploma required; a college or university degree preferred.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
