Job Description:About our ClientOur client is a high-end solutions provider specializing in Home Automation, Audio-Visual Systems, Home Cinema, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and other ELV, ICT & Automation systems. They deliver turnkey solutions for both residential and commercial projects across Dubai.Role OverviewOur client is seeking a skilled ELV Pre-Sales Executive with strong expertise in design, estimation, and technical proposals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading ELV and home automation systems, be confident in interpreting drawings and specifications, and bring proven commercial and technical acumen to the team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, estimation, and preparation of technical proposals for ELV & automation systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and compile tender documents with full commercial and contractual understanding.
  • Create and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and documentation.
  • Stay updated on products and solutions from all major vendors in the industry.
Systems Knowledge Required:
  • Home Automation: KNX, Lighting Control, AC Control, Multi-Zone Audio, Custom Home Cinema
  • Audio/Video Solutions
  • CCTV: SIRA (Dubai Police) approved systems
  • SMATV, Structured Cabling, Gate Barriers
  • Intercom Solutions, Access Control, Wired & Wireless Networks, PABX
Requirements:Required Skills & Experience· Graduate degree in Engineering/Technology or relevant field· 2-4 years of experience in Dubai working with ELV & automation systems· Strong technical knowledge of major vendor products· Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), ETS (KNX), Excel, Word, PowerPoint· Ability to read and interpret client drawings/specificationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsBenefits:· Full-time, permanent role· Salary: AED 3,500 - 5,000 per month (based on experience)· Opportunity to work on high-end residential and commercial projects· Professional growth in a specialized and expanding sector
