We expect our Team to deliver high quality performance while successfully nurturing and inspiring our students.As part of our energetic and welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate students to strive for success while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all children within the school.Social worker provides counseling to students and parents; provides psycho-social assessment and diagnosis of behavioral disabilities with recommendations and/or environmental manipulations at the school, home and/or in the community with periodic re-evaluations.Participates in case conferences involving cooperation with school personnel and parents; makes referral to Ministry of Education with appropriate follow-up; serves as a liaison between school and families.Policies for safer recruitment are aligned with all accrediting bodies including local authorities’ decrees and mandates and The National bodies such as the Department for Education's "Keeping Children Safe in Education" recommendations, NEASC Safeguarding and Protection Standards of 2016. Successful applicants will be subject to various background checks including, receipt of satisfactory references, proof of relevant qualifications, identification, and police checks, including overseas checks.SkillsJob Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to clearly communicate about social working and results in non-technical language.
Two years of experience as Social Worker in a school.
Recent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding
The ability to use data effectively, to monitor and enhance student progress.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
