Job Description :Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines.Review and approve technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals.Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Resolve technical issues and coordinate design changes with relevant stakeholders.Monitor resource allocation (manpower, equipment, and materials).Prepare regular progress reports and present to senior management/client.Ensure project documentation and contractual records are maintained properly.RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (L&D certifications a plus)3–6 years’ experience in HR or L&D, preferably in the FMCG sectorStrong knowledge of learning methodologies, training tools, and e-learning platformsExcellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset with ability to assess training ROIExperience working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
