- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for various projects.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Ensure all designs and installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, project managers, and clients.
- Review and approve engineering calculations, reports, and proposals.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification (preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project leadership.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit).
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, DEWA, SEWA,FEWA…).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced technical knowledge in electrical systems and power distribution.
- Project management and leadership abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
