Russian-Speaking Receptionist (Front Desk Agent)Provide warm, efficient check-in and check-out service and proactively respond to guest requests and enquiries.
Communicate fluently in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus.
Handle cash and transaction procedures, maintain accurate folios and support billing queries.
Contribute to upselling efforts and create memorable guest interactions through problem solving and personalised service.
Requirements: Experience on a front desk preferred; Opera PMS and cash handling experience desirable; professional presentation and strong communication skills.
