- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support investment and operational strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, connectivity problems, and application issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT infrastructure and software maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely updates and upgrades.
- Support data security protocols and backup procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in finance or investment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and IT support roles.
- Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, VBA/macros, and complex formulas.
- Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Experience with Windows and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
