- Provide technical input during proposals
- Evaluate materials, labor, equipment, and overheads
- Identify cost-saving and value engineering options
- Source competitive pricing from suppliers
- Compare quotes for reliability and cost-effectiveness
- Create detailed proposals with technical and financial breakdowns
- Support sales team in client presentations
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- Stay updated on UPS technologies and estimation practices
- Improve estimation tools and processes
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UPS or power systems estimation
- Strong knowledge of UPS design and standards
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Zoho
- Fluent in English and Malayalam (written and spoken)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
- Certifications in UPS or cost estimation
- Experience with large-scale UPS projects
- Familiarity with project management tools
