- Build long-term relationships with key HR professionals, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor regional trends to enhance service offerings and optimize client acquisition strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and report progress to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience in the recruitment or staffing sector, ideally in the Middle East.
- Deep knowledge of regional market trends and recruitment practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Established network of HR contacts in the Middle East is highly desirable.
- Previous experience with multinational corporations or global recruitment agencies is preferred.
