- Lead the conceptual design process and presentations using advanced digital tools.
- Develop iterative, responsive parametric models using Rhino + Grasshopper.
- Apply AI and generative design tools to optimize massing, layouts, and design schemes.
- Create high-quality 3D renders, visual narratives, and animations using 3ds Max, Rhino, V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
- Manage and coordinate BIM models using Revit across all design stages.
- Integrate data-driven analysis for environmental and site-based insights (sun path, views, wind, etc.).
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, sustainability, and other internal and external teams.
- Prepare design documentation packages for internal and client reviews.
- Participate in conceptual pitches, competitions, and feasibility studies.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 6-8 years of hands-on architectural design experience on high-end or international projects.
- Revit (BIM)
- 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- AutoCAD, Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion
- Experience in computational design with scripting (Grasshopper, Python, C#).
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as:
- Generative tools (Giraffe, Hypar, TestFit)
- Conceptual visualization (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E)
- Automation and optimization plugins/workflows
- Strong design sensibility, urban/contextual understanding, and sustainable design principles.
- Excellent communication skills through sketches, diagrams, 3D models, and verbal presentations.
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to independently lead tasks and manage timelines.
- Knowledge of data visualization, performance-driven design, and simulation tools.
- Familiarity with digital fabrication, 3D printing, or CNC workflows.
- Interest or experience in AR/VR, digital twins, and real-time design collaboration.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design creativity, computational workflows, and technical clarity.
