Every moment is elevated by thoughtful Four Seasons service, anticipating each guest’s unique personal needs – whether the goal is relaxing on vacation or staying efficient for business.About the roleHousekeeping Coordinator assigns rooms to Room Attendants and supports the overall day-to-day efficiency of the Housekeeping Operations.What you will doCoordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and special cleaning tasks.Monitor housekeeping requests via phone, email, or housekeeping software.Maintain records of room status, inspections, and service requests.Communicate effectively with Front Desk, Engineering, and other departments.Track inventory and assist with ordering housekeeping supplies and linens.Manage lost and found items according to company policies.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and internal protocols.Support training and onboarding of new housekeeping staff.Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.What you bring

A minimum of at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand

An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task

High level of understanding and knowledge of Housekeeping Operations,

Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
