- Lead end-to-end process optimization projects leveraging Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process mining techniques.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize AI and automation use cases with measurable impact on cost, quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Design and deploy pilots and MVPs in collaboration with IT, Data Science, and Business stakeholders.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for ongoing performance tracking and benefit realization.
- Facilitate change management and adoption across functions and organizational levels.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, aligning transformation initiatives with strategic priorities.
- Proven track record in process re-engineering, lean management, and Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred).
- Experience with process mining and BPMN tools (Celonis, Signavio, etc.) and workflow automation platforms.
- Strong execution mindset ability to move from diagnosis to measurable impact rapidly.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI, RPA).
- Hands-on experience with AI/automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Azure AI, Dataiku, etc.).
- Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Working knowledge of data governance, analytics, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong facilitation skills to bridge business, data science, and IT teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving adoption of digital tools and embedding new ways of working.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical content into business impact.
- Hands-on operator with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong problem-solving orientation and analytical rigor.
