MEP Designer | Private Property | DubaiKendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and skilled MEP Designer to join the team of a prestigious private property in Dubai. This live-in role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in building services design, particularly within the UAE or GCC region.Minimum Requirements:Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services EngineeringCertification in AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP preferredVocational training in MEP drafting/design is advantageousStrong knowledge of UAE authority requirements (e.g., DEWA, DM, ADDC, Civil Defence)3–5 years of experience as an MEP Designer in building services within the UAE or GCCProficiency in preparing detailed drawings for:HVAC systemsPlumbing and drainageElectrical layoutsFire protection systemsPrior experience with design coordination and BIM modelling is desirableExperience preparing design drawings for submission to UAE authorities is a plusPackage:Salary: AED 4,000 – 8,000 (negotiable depending on experience)Live-in position30 days’ leave after 12 months of continuous serviceOne return flight to home country per year after 12 months of serviceHealth insurance providedCandidates who meet the above criteria are invited to apply.
