This is a greenfield leadership role based in Dubai, ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a solid track record of launching or scaling tech-enabled businesses in the region. You will be the first commercial hire and will play a key role in defining the go-to-market strategy, building the local team, and establishing strong partnerships.
  • Lead the commercial launch and business setup of a new tech offering in the UAE market.
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy, aligned with the group's broader vision.
  • Build and manage key relationships with enterprise clients, government stakeholders, and technology partners.
  • Hire, structure, and lead the initial core team, with a focus on revenue generation and brand positioning.
  • Report directly to the Group's senior leadership, acting as the face of the business in the UAE.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across industries and regions.

  • Proven experience in tech sales, business development, or startup leadership within the UAE or broader GCC.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from scratch and scale fast.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape, including digital transformation trends and tech ecosystem.
  • Background in SaaS, digital platforms, IoT, or B2B technology solutions preferred.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and board-level reporting skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus.
