- Lead the commercial launch and business setup of a new tech offering in the UAE market.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy, aligned with the group's broader vision.
- Build and manage key relationships with enterprise clients, government stakeholders, and technology partners.
- Hire, structure, and lead the initial core team, with a focus on revenue generation and brand positioning.
- Report directly to the Group's senior leadership, acting as the face of the business in the UAE.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across industries and regions.
- Proven experience in tech sales, business development, or startup leadership within the UAE or broader GCC.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from scratch and scale fast.
- Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape, including digital transformation trends and tech ecosystem.
- Background in SaaS, digital platforms, IoT, or B2B technology solutions preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and board-level reporting skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus.
