- Consistently prepare high-quality cocktails and beverages from the bar's portfolio.
- Provide expert guidance on the beverage selection and upsell drinks to enhance guest experiences.
- Support the Bar Manager with stock control, ordering, inventory checks, and supplier coordination.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.
- Represent the outlet's brand identity, sharing its story and values with guests.
- 1-2 years of experience in a mixology role within a 5-star luxury hotel or branded restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails; experience in cocktail competitions is desirable.
- Exposure to modern bar techniques such as sous-vide infusion, fat-washing, clarification, and carbonation is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with adaptability and cultural awareness.
