This role is pivotal in managing the development of ADNOC's corporate strategy, implementing strategy management frameworks, and guiding the business through a Five-Year Strategic Planning process. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in strategic planning and corporate reporting systems, with strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.What You'll Do

Lead the development of ADNOC's long-term corporate strategy and business plans aligned with the company's mission and vision.
Drive the Five-Year Strategic Planning process and ensure reconciliation with previous plans for accuracy and alignment.
Design and implement strategy management frameworks to monitor execution and ensure KPI achievement.
Lead corporate target setting and KPI development to reflect strategic priorities.
Provide senior management with strategic analysis, gap assessments, and recommendations for improvements.
Oversee data integrity and timely reporting through the Corporate Performance Management System (CPMS).
Prepare reports and presentations for shareholder and board meetings, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Lead periodic corporate reporting to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Guide business units in aligning operational initiatives with strategic objectives.

Ideal Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 12 years of experience in strategy management and corporate reporting within large organizations, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
Proven ability to design and implement strategic frameworks and performance monitoring systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Expertise in handling corporate reporting platforms and data consolidation.
