- Develop vision documents and conceptual design strategies that align with customer experience and business objectives.
- Lead the creation of functional layouts and masterplans for retail, residential, and mixed-use developments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to design standards and integration of operational requirements.
- Manage the design lifecycle from concept to delivery, maintaining design intent while ensuring timely execution.
- Promote sustainable, innovative design solutions and digital technologies to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Mentor team members, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in design quality and processes.
- Conduct quality audits, lead value engineering reviews, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent; Master's preferred.
- 12-18 years of experience managing large-scale residential, retail, and mixed-use projects, preferably in the GCC region.
- Proven leadership in design strategy, project execution, and team management.
- Strong understanding of architectural standards, construction methods, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with an ability to influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and digital design tools.
