As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be the face of the St. Regis Downtown Dubai guest journey-from check-in to departure. This role is designed for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing requests with discretion, and ensuring each detail of the guest experience is handled smoothly and professionally.Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring all details are accurate and preferences noted
- Handle guest requests promptly and with attention to quality
- Provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions
- Process check-outs and resolve billing or service issues as needed
- Complete necessary documentation and daily operational reports
- Maintain confidentiality and protect guest and company data
- Follow safety and operational standards
- Assist with any additional front office duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with hotel systems or willingness to learn quickly
