Develop and implement the financial strategy for the entity, aligned with its mission and long-term goals.Establish and oversee financial systems, controls, and reporting structures from the ground up.Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi government regulations and financial governance standards.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Manage relationships with key stakeholders including government bodies, auditors, and financial institutions.Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team and board to support decision-making.Oversee treasury, risk management, procurement, and financial operations.Support the setup and operationalisation of the entity, including financial infrastructure and staffing.Profile
UAE National with Family BookCurrently operating at Director level in a finance leadership role.Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.Demonstrated experience working with Abu Dhabi government entities or within government-regulated environments.Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.Experience working with large, complex organisations, preferably in the public or semi-government sector.Prior involvement in entity or company setup, including financial systems and operational frameworks is preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.Job Offer
