Warehouse Operator

• Operate forklifts, MHE, counterbalance and reach trucks — certification or willingness to become certified required.
• Perform receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading, and unloading of goods.
• Maintain accurate records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS - Footprint).
• Organize inbound and outbound freight in designated areas.
• Complete shipping/receiving paperwork with precision and timeliness.
• Communicate shipment issues quickly to the account coordinator.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support teammates and contribute to smooth, efficient operations.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
• Take on other tasks as required — flexibility is part of the job.

• Stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance.
• Regularly life and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand.
• Ability to drive a forklift and become certified by Crane Worldwide.

• Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to read comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Balances individual responsibilities.
• Consistently at work and on time.

• 2 years related experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year industry experience preferred.
