- Prepare contractual and commercial risk assessments and support during the pre-tendering stage.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including FIDIC agreements.
- Advise on company policies, statutory compliance, and internal governance procedures.
- Support legal aspects of corporate governance, including licensing, renewals, and restructuring.
- Provide legal support to HR, finance, tax, and operational teams on contractual and risk matters.
- Monitor legal/regulatory changes across UAE & KSA and conduct gap analyses.
- Manage dispute resolution support including strategy and liaising with external counsel.
- Improve contracting workflows, legal templates, and documentation practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; advanced legal qualifications preferred.
- Bar admission is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of legal practice in the GCC, with experience in UAE & Saudi Arabia.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with UAE/KSA laws, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Background in real estate or engineering consultancy firms is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and travel if required.
