We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused L1 Support Engineer to join our team!🔧 What you’ll be handling:Support for Windows 10/11, macOS, Office apps, and email clients Printer & AV troubleshooting, meeting room and VC setup Active Directory tasks (GPO, password resets, monitoring) IMAC services (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) M365 support and Active directoryFirst-level virus/malware diagnosis and resolution Enhanced VIP support for senior management (with 2-hour SLA) IT onboarding and awareness sessions for new users👤 We’re looking for someone who is:Tech-savvy and solution-oriented Comfortable supporting both software and hardware Professional in communication, especially with senior stakeholders Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
