
Office Manager, Middle East Regional Office

- Manage and maintain the Regional SLT's diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Draft correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Support with visa, work permit, and other legal documentation applications.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Dubai office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and general facilities.
- Organise and support office events and ensure a positive working environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external partners.
- Proven experience in administration, executive assistant, PA, or office management roles in a busy environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
